We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Director to join our Sales team at Monta, a leading EV platform connecting the dots in the entire EV charging industry.

About Monta

Monta is a powerful EV platform that serves drivers, companies, cities, and the electricity grid with our proactive technology. Our mission is to make EV charging simple, accessible, and reliable for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a strategy for identifying and closing net new sales opportunities in the EV charging industry.
  2. Prospect into targeted strategic accounts, including nation-wide hardware manufacturers, installers, and wholesalers to ensure Monta's presence across all major segments.
  3. Represent Monta at trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other industry events to build relationships and drive sales.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement field marketing campaigns as needed.
  5. Lead the full sales cycle and effectively manage all internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  6. Manage sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in CRM to ensure accurate sales projections.
  7. Build strong relationships with partners to ensure their needs are well understood and met, and to drive sales opportunities and closed deals.
  8. Leverage existing and create new presentations and other sales materials needed to succeed in the assigned territory.
  9. Contribute to the Monta team's ongoing success in our ambitious global growth strategy.

Expected Outcomes

We will measure the success of this role based on the tangible outcomes and improvements you set in motion, including revenue growth, sales pipeline development, and customer acquisition.
