Key Responsibilities

- Process Management: Ensure all client requests are processed in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
- Quality and Compliance: Maintain the highest level of quality in all interactions with clients, adhering to governing laws and regulations.
- Added Value: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products, while maintaining the company's values and standards.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in the customer service industry, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent German (spoken and written) and advanced English language skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
