- Authorization and Signature Workflow: Ensure the correct authorization and signature workflow is respected throughout the proposal process.
- Electronic Archive Management: Maintain the electronic archive of all proposals directly handled, ensuring proper data management and database maintenance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather relevant data and provide support to the proposal team, preparing basic analysis and reports as needed.
- Client Interface and Data Management: Interface with client portals and databases, managing commercial data and ensuring seamless communication.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess:
- High School Diploma or Technical Diploma: A recognized qualification in a relevant field.
- Related Field Experience: Proven experience in a related field, with a preference for experience as a Document Controller.
- Data Management Tools and Digital Interfaces: Strong proficiency in data management tools and digital interfaces.
