Bid and Proposal Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Proposal Development Specialist to join our international team within the Grid Automation business unit at Hitachi Energy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our customers
- Managing technical and commercial discussions to gather necessary input from various stakeholders
- Working closely with sales, controlling, legal, financial, and tax teams to develop a winning strategy
- Presenting proposals to top management and ensuring high compliance and quality of the offer
- Supporting the negotiation process with customers and ensuring timely submission of the offer
As a Bid and Proposal Development Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our proposals are well-structured, concise, and effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal management or sales support. You will also need to be organized, structured, and a quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
