Your Role

Position Overview
TRIDONIC is currently seeking a dedicated Area Sales Manager to enhance their successful teams. This role is focused on managing sales to OEMs for our LED components and lighting control systems, applicable for both indoor and outdoor environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Execution of the global sales strategy within the designated sales area.
  • Fostering and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with clients (CPD, EM, Solution Sales).
  • Presenting and marketing the complete product range to OEMs.
  • Managing sales targets and budgetary responsibilities.
  • Anticipating future market trends and responding proactively.
  • Preparing monthly reports and contributing to budget planning.
  • Challenging existing processes and leveraging internal training resources.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with management and team members.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
  • A relevant vocational qualification in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Considerable professional experience in a comparable sales role.
  • Technical proficiency with technology and electrical components.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
