About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Product Support Organization as a Technical Support Specialist or Technical Account Manager. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support services to our customers, helping them to maximize the value of their technology investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers via phone, web, online forums, and other channels.
  • Resolve customer issues and document solutions for our Knowledge Base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software skills and technologies, including Revit, BIM 360, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Inventor, Vault, Flame, Maya, and 3DS Max.
What We Look For

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent problem-solving skills, are self-driven, and have a strong ability to build relationships with customers. Proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is highly valued.
