Our ServicesThe Services department plays a pivotal role in enhancing Swapcard's competitive advantage through exceptional product support and human expertise. We serve both Enterprise and self-service clients with a range of services, including Customer Success Management, Support, and Professional and Onsite Services.
Job DescriptionAs a Product Support Specialist, you will be in constant contact with clients via live conversations, emails, or calls to help them roll out their events on Swapcard seamlessly. Your missions and scope will include:
- Support event organizers before, during, and after their event set up
- Run regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors
- Own automation of Starter plan onboarding
- Identify Knowledge base gaps and assist by suggesting improvements and creating educational content
- Assist with optimization of the AI chatbot by identifying repetitive questions our clients have
- Support our clients by traveling to events depending on the business needs
We are looking for a collaborative and service-oriented individual with a startup mindset, ready to learn, adapt, and initiate quickly. You should be passionate, proactive, and involved, with a fluency in English and a bonus if you speak any other language. Availability to work on weekends and flexibility with working on shifts are a must.
