We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Siteminder. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hotel owners and managers, providing them with solutions to drive revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotel owners and managers, and develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Develop and present proposals to clients, negotiate contracts, and maintain a balance between optimal service and value for the client and Siteminder.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of business development activities on our CRM system, and ensure all documentation is complete post-sales.
- Client Feedback: Provide feedback to our product team on client needs and preferences, to inform product development and improvement.
- Partner Management: Work with local industry groups and travel associations to promote Siteminder's products and brand, and attend key functions and events.
- Fluent in Portuguese (minimum C2 level)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Minimum 18 months of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience
- Confident phone presence, fearlessness in leading meetings with prospects, and great listening skills
- Strong verbal skills to communicate professionally with customers, in writing and over the phone
- Self-motivation and resilience to show up each day and give your best
