Job Title: Sales Development Representative

At EcoVadis, we're on a mission to guide companies towards a sustainable world. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in fostering continuous improvement of sustainable business practices in global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel revenue for EcoVadis
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives in Target Accounts
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Evangelize the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for the supply chain of Global 500 companies
  • Leverage your teammates to develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas
  • Maintain an activity volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
  • Meet or exceed your quota
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Report results on a weekly basis, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Quarterly business plan creation, reporting, and presentation to all key stakeholders
  • Record and document all calls and communications in Salesforce.com to identify trends for improvement
  • Leverage social networks for sales opportunities and leads
Requirements:
  • German native speaker
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales and/or Marketing
  • Experience working in Sustainability, CSR or B2B Procurement would be a plus
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Business proficiency in German and English is a must
  • Knowledge of the DACH corporate business culture
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or other sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Ability to work well in an international team environment in a fast-growing business
