About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at CPM International. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities in Slovakia, Spain, and the UK
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients
  • Manage client relationships from initial contact to contract closure
  • Ensure contracts align with both client needs and company objectives
  • Monitor and report on lead generation and sales performance
  • Maintain an up-to-date and prioritized database of prospective clients
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of contact centre operations and outsourcing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Experience in account management and client relationship management (CRM)
What We Offer
  • Starting salary of €27,296 per year, with potential for higher earnings based on experience
  • Temporary 6-Month contract
  • Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm working hours
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime hours, with time off in lieu as needed
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
  • Occasional domestic and international travel
Hybrid Work Model

We offer a hybrid work model, with office working 1 day per week or for client visits & pitches.
