As the Head of Sustainability Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a globally impactful partnerships strategy that underpins our sustainability commitments and organisational purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sustainability Partnerships Strategy: Collaborate with senior executives to elevate our unique technology solutions and capabilities, driving business growth and social impact.
  • Activate Employee Volunteering Programme: Oversee and activate our employee volunteering programme, enabling employee volunteer days to participate in strategic partnerships on a regional and local level.
  • Establish Measurement Framework: Develop a robust measurement framework with external verification to ensure consistent evaluation of partnership and project outcomes and impacts.
  • Drive Business Cases and Partnerships: Oversee and develop business cases for prospective and existing partners, collaborating with other Ntt functions to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead Partnerships Across the Technology Sector: Directly manage major partnerships, creating and executing joint partner business plans with short and long-term horizons.
  • Collaborate Across Ntt Teams: Work with innovation, go-to-market, sales enablement, and global marketing teams to prioritize, establish, and grow new data and technology integration sustainability partnerships.
  • Support SVP Sustainability: Apply positive impact and results from projects to support the SVP Sustainability and Ntt business in developing new services and solutions.
  • Develop External Relationships: Collaborate with NGOs, Government, and Academia to evidence Ntt's position as a leader in public policy.
