Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and successful Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing end-to-end sales processes, including complex deals with multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-Level executives and other decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Spain and Portugal.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in the IT/data center segment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience selling technology solutions to manufacturers, corporate, or public/governmental customers.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
  • Native German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
