About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to provide top-notch support.
  • Personalize interactions by utilizing your extraordinary communication skills, listening, empathy, and personalization to make every customer feel valued.
  • Guide and assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive the right solutions and leave with a smile.
  • Enhance processes by identifying customer needs and escalating issues internally to improve our services and processes.
  • Drive performance by focusing on key performance indicators like Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity to achieve outstanding results.
  • Boost retention by maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention through impactful experiences.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Dutch (C2) skills with a strong command of English (C1 level).
  • A smart and enthusiastic individual who excels in customer service and has a keen eye for detail.
  • Calm and understanding when dealing with challenging customer situations.
  • A love for investigation and using creative problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction.
  • Aiming to exceed expectations and achieve outstanding results.
