Customer Experience Specialist in Valencia

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Personalize interactions to make every customer feel valued and supported.
- Guide and assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive the right solutions and leave with a smile.
- Enhance processes by identifying customer needs and escalating issues internally to improve our services and processes.
- Drive performance by focusing on key performance indicators like Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity to achieve outstanding results.
- Boost retention by maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention through impactful experiences.
- Excellent Dutch (C2) skills with a strong command of English (C1 level).
- A smart and enthusiastic individual who excels in customer service and has a keen eye for detail.
- Calm and understanding when dealing with challenging customer situations.
- A love for investigation and using creative problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction.
- Aiming to exceed expectations and achieve outstanding results.
- Attractive remuneration based on experience, skills, and performance.
- Flexible shifts between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with opportunities for late-night shifts (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
