About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blu Selection in Valencia. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the optics sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved.
  2. Process Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  3. Troubleshooting and Escalation: Troubleshoot customer queries and escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
  4. Payment Inquiries: Handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms.
  5. Trustpilot Reviews: Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and improve overall company NPS.
  6. Business Process Mapping: Map and improve business processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in the English language.
  2. Education: Minimum MBO4 diploma.
  3. Technical Skills: Competency in using computers.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and solution-oriented.
  6. Teamwork: Interested in working in an ambitious team.
