Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign and Operations Manager to drive our marketing and sales initiatives, manage our HubSpot platform, and ensure seamless integration with our CRM, Salesforce. The successful candidate will execute digital campaigns, collaborate closely with our Product, Inside Sales, and Direct Sales teams to deliver global marketing campaigns, and lead the development of our marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Management: Optimize and manage our HubSpot platform to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Lead Generation: Execute top-of-the-funnel strategies, ensuring smooth integration between HubSpot and Salesforce to drive lead generation and sales conversion.
- Digital Campaigns: Coordinate and execute targeted digital campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Run ABM campaigns, working with Sales leaders and Inside Sales teams to create and track digital campaigns.
- Data Management: Maintain HubSpot data lists from inbound resources such as events, webinars, Ipc Systems Salesforce data, and the website to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the design and global events manager to drive pre-event marketing, manage invites, and analyze post-event data.
- Content Creation: Draft, edit, and enhance email marketing content, working closely with professional copywriters.
- Flexibility: Ability to support the global marketing team as and where needed with ad-hoc marketing operational items.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience with marketing software platforms (HubSpot essential), analytic tools, and databases.
- Managerial Experience: Experience in a managerial role with knowledge of the broader Marketing and Sales Function.
