About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Sales Manager to drive sales growth in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and selecting projects, participating in tendering processes, and securing new project orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Evaluation and Selection: Screen the market for potential clients, evaluating and selecting projects in line with our global and local sales strategy.
  • Tendering and Sales Proposals: Participate in tendering processes, prepare project sales proposals, and secure new project orders to meet the team's sales target.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with our Project Sales Engineers to assess client needs, recommend solutions, and commit to clear timelines.
  • Sales Process Management: Drive the sales process, creating strategies to advance deals.
  • Relationship Maintenance: Maintain relationships with our clients and all key players during sales but also during project execution and after-sales services.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a master's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in selling complex B2B energy investments projects. You should have a knack for evaluating projects, be willing to travel and work abroad, and be fluent in English, with additional languages as a plus.
