The Role
As an AWS Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for our Enterprise Support clientele. Your role will significantly influence how our customers leverage cloud technology to maximize their value.

You will develop and implement strategies that promote the adoption and utilization of AWS services, which encompass a wide array of products such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and more.

Our Technical Account Managers collaborate with some of the most notable businesses, ranging from innovative startups to large enterprises undergoing substantial transformations. You will provide guidance on architecture, support strategies, project planning, and ongoing operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing solutions, offering technical insights, and advocating for customer needs.
  • Ensuring AWS environments maintain operational health while minimizing costs and complexities.
  • Building trusting relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and technical hurdles.
  • Utilizing your technical expertise and customer-centric approach to facilitate discussions around incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
  • Consulting with a diverse range of stakeholders, from developers to C-suite executives.
  • Collaborating with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for customers to derive additional value from AWS.
  • Providing comprehensive reviews of service interruptions, monthly and quarterly metrics, and detailed pre-launch preparations.
  • Addressing various challenges as customers transition their workloads to the cloud.
  • Enhancing customer capabilities through workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
