Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Accountability of the delivery of assigned Technical Programs
- Initiation, Planning, Execution, Closure of Technical Programs and Projects
- Pro-active Management of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies
- Customer-facing engagement to capture business needs and business roadmap, support definition of problem statement, to be translated into development initiatives for producing desired business outcomes
- Project Status Reporting internally and externally to the assigned team, being a single point of contact for assigned projects
- Advocate and active contributor for methodologies, processes, procedures in use within the team
Our team is responsible for ensuring machine-generated data results in an automated, appropriate, and effective corrective, proactive, and/or predictive maintenance action by maturing and integrating core Reliability, Maintenance Engineering (RME) software tools into a unified Maintenance Automation Platform (MAP).
Requirements- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- Knowledge in Industrial Automation Engineering Domain/Control System Engineering background, with proven track record of delivering industrial automation solutions (e.g. enterprise SCADA, OEE)
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
