We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Amazon Logistics team as a Payments Programme Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Work Summary and Invoicing programs to improve the overall last mile cost and DSP Experience for Amazon Logistics EU.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement processes and systems to achieve metrics and drive automation and invoicing accuracy.
- Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives through quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and share best practices across Amazon Logistics CO teams in other regions and Delivery Stations.

As a Payments Programme Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and driving cost reduction.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, or other business/analytical disciplines.
- Relevant experience as a Project/Program Manager.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced or master's degree.
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI, or similar.
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
