Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in Amazon's advertising solutions and tailor recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Enhance the performance of advertising campaigns from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Track and report on campaign progress through comprehensive activity reports and data insights, utilizing this information to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Sales & Marketing and Product Development teams, to address challenges that hinder client performance and enhance their experience.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while also customizing approaches based on client preferences and your expertise.
  • Educate clients on Amazon Advertising products through personalized programs and online training sessions.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and setting up their advertising campaigns.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, helping them resolve any issues related to their campaigns.
  • Lead initial discussions with clients, guiding conversations with a structured agenda when necessary.
  • Analyze data trends to create keyword lists, bid strategies, and budget recommendations; review data at the account, campaign, and industry levels.
  • Understand Performance Advertising and employ various tools and techniques to optimize campaign setups and provide relevant support.
  • Engage with clients and in-country Account Managers to comprehend their advertising objectives and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing Amazon Advertising's products based on client feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps.

About the Team:

The Advertiser Success Team (AST) is dedicated to assisting Amazon's global advertisers in achieving their advertising objectives by offering strategic support throughout all stages of the advertiser lifecycle. AST encompasses three primary functions:

  • Onboarding: Providing educational support and onboarding for new clients on the advertising platform.
  • Pre-EAS: Offering optimization and account management support to established clients without an in-country Account Manager.
  • Managed Optimization: Delivering optimization and account management support to established and high-value clients with an in-country Account Manager.
