About the Role: As an Account Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of advertiser accounts, assisting them in reaching their advertising targets through opportunity identification, account enhancement, and the creation of new sponsored advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in Amazon solutions and tailor recommendations based on advertiser requirements.
  • Enhance the performance of advertising campaigns to meet advertiser objectives.
  • Track and report on campaign progress through detailed activity reports and data insights, using this information to inform future campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales & Marketing, Product Development, and other Amazon partners to address issues affecting advertiser performance and improve their experience.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while adapting approaches based on advertiser preferences and your expertise.
  • Educate Advertisers on Amazon Advertising products through one-on-one sessions and online training.
  • Provide onboarding assistance and set up campaigns for both new and existing Advertisers.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to advertiser inquiries, resolving issues related to their campaigns.
  • Lead kickoff meetings with advertisers, facilitating discussions using a structured agenda as needed.
  • Analyze data trends to create keyword lists, bid strategies, and budget recommendations; review data at the account, campaign, and industry levels.
  • Understand Performance Advertising and utilize various tools and techniques to optimize campaign setups and provide related support.
  • Engage with advertisers and in-country Account Managers to comprehend their advertising goals and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing Amazon Advertising products based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps.

About the Team: The Advertiser Success Team (AST) is dedicated to supporting Amazon's global advertisers in achieving their advertising goals by providing strategic assistance throughout all stages of the advertiser lifecycle.

The AST encompasses three main functions: Onboarding (educational support for new advertisers), Pre-EAS (optimization and account management for established advertisers without an in-country Account Manager), and Managed Optimization (support for high-value advertisers with an in-country Account Manager).
