Key Responsibilities- Optimize end-to-end ad campaign performance to fulfill advertiser goals
- Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and data insights
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to solve issues blocking advertiser performance and improve advertiser experience
- Provide education to advertisers on Amazon Advertising products via 1:1 programs and online trainings
- Respond promptly and accurately to advertiser queries and help resolve issues with campaigns
The Advertiser Success Team (AST) supports Amazon's worldwide advertisers in meeting their advertising goals. Our team has three functions: Onboarding, Pre-EAS, and Managed Optimization. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree and/or 6 months related work experience
- B2+ fluency in English and Italian (writing, reading, speaking, and communication)
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- 1+ years experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce space
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience within EU Student Programs Teams or business internships
- Experience managing global clients and owning their performance goals
