Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become proficient in Amazon's advertising solutions and tailor recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Enhance the performance of advertising campaigns to align with client objectives.
  • Regularly monitor and report on campaign progress, utilizing insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Sales & Marketing and Product Development, to address challenges that hinder client performance.
  • Follow standard operating procedures while also adapting to the specific preferences of clients.
  • Educate clients on Amazon Advertising products through personalized programs and online training sessions.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and setting up their advertising campaigns.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately, helping to resolve any campaign-related issues.
  • Lead introductory calls with clients, facilitating discussions with a structured agenda.
  • Analyze data trends to create keyword lists, bid strategies, and budget recommendations.
  • Engage with clients to understand their advertising aspirations and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing Amazon Advertising products based on client feedback and data analysis.

About the Team:

The Advertiser Success Team (AST) is dedicated to supporting Amazon's global advertisers in achieving their advertising objectives by offering strategic assistance throughout the advertiser lifecycle.

AST encompasses three primary functions:

  • Onboarding: Providing educational resources and onboarding for new clients on the advertising platform.
  • Pre-EAS: Offering optimization and account management support to established clients without an in-country Account Manager.
  • Managed Optimization: Delivering optimization and account management support to established and high-value clients with an in-country Account Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Certificado de Discapacidad issued by the Administration in Spain, in accordance with Royal Decree 1/2013, Nov 29.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 6 months relevant work experience.
  • B2+ proficiency in English and French, encompassing writing, reading, speaking, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 1 year of experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience within EU Student Programs Teams or relevant business internships.
  • Experience managing global clients and overseeing their performance objectives.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Passion for online advertising with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Google AdWords/Bing Ads certification is a plus.
  • Able to thrive in a diverse team environment.
