We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Global Automation Engineering Team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. - B76. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering world-class solutions that drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation engineering, experience in project management, and a proven track record of delivering technical programs across cross-functional teams. You will work closely with software engineering teams, customers, and stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Accountability: You will be responsible for the delivery of assigned technical programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Program Management: You will initiate, plan, execute, and close technical programs and projects, proactively managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Customer Engagement: You will engage with customers to capture business needs and define problem statements, working with development teams to deliver solutions that meet business outcomes.
- Project Status Reporting: You will provide regular project status reports to internal and external stakeholders, serving as a single point of contact for assigned projects.
- Methodology and Process Advocacy: You will advocate and contribute to the development of methodologies, processes, and procedures within the team.
Our team is responsible for ensuring that machine-generated data results in automated, appropriate, and effective corrective, proactive, and predictive maintenance actions. We achieve this by maturing and integrating core Reliability, Maintenance Engineering (RME) software tools into a unified Maintenance Automation Platform (MAP).
We collaborate at a global level with software, sustainability, and maintenance teams to deliver solutions at a global scale. We are flexible and can offer the position across multiple locations/countries, with Luxembourg as the primary location and Spain as the secondary location.
Requirements- Experience: You must have experience developing and executing product and technical roadmaps, as well as experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Industrial Automation Engineering: You must have a strong background in industrial automation engineering, with a proven track record of delivering industrial automation solutions, such as enterprise SCADA and OEE.
- Technical Program Management: You must have experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
