They are in search of a Client Support Specialist with a vibrant and enthusiastic demeanor to become part of their team. In collaboration with a youthful and energetic group, you will strive to provide an exceptional experience for clients across the EMEA region.

Key Languages:

  • Native or fluent German
  • Full professional proficiency in English

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing a top-tier consumer experience by addressing inquiries and concerns related to orders and services through various communication channels (covering pre-sales, mid-sales, and post-sales support)
  • Inputting and maintaining consumer-related data at the local market level within the CRM system
  • Handling cases and E-commerce inquiries utilizing the provided software tools
