Role Overview:

Become a vital member of the Customer Service team at PayFit as a Client Support Specialist. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting clients in navigating the platform by efficiently addressing initial queries.
  • Proposing enhancements for ongoing process improvements, documentation, and collaboration with other departments.
  • Aiding in the onboarding, training, and mentorship of new team members.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Addressing, investigating, or escalating incoming client inquiries through live chat or email.
  • Ensuring clients effectively utilize the PayFit platform and achieve self-sufficiency.
  • Establishing trust by delivering prompt and effective responses to client questions.
  • Contributing to process improvements aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a minimum of 1 year in live chat support.
  • Proficient in French.
  • Strong empathy and instructional skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent collaborator eager to assist and support colleagues.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to dynamic environments.
