Role Overview:

Become a vital part of the Customer Service team at PayFit as a Client Support Specialist. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
  • Assisting clients in navigating the platform by promptly addressing 'level 1' inquiries.
  • Proposing enhancements for ongoing improvement of workflows, documentation, and collaboration with other departments.
  • Aiding in the onboarding, training, and support of new team members.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Addressing, investigating, or escalating incoming client requests through live chat or email.
  • Ensuring clients utilize the PayFit platform effectively and achieve self-sufficiency.
  • Establishing trust by delivering timely and effective responses to client questions.
  • Contributing to process improvements to boost customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a minimum of 1 year in live chat support.
  • Proficient in French.
  • Strong empathy and instructional skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent collaborator eager to assist and support colleagues.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to dynamic environments.
  • Driven to thrive in the fast-paced atmosphere at PayFit.
