Key Responsibilities:

As a customer support specialist for a renowned travel organization, your primary role will be to comprehend and address customer requirements. You will engage with our international clientele and accommodation partners worldwide, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Your duties will include clarifying inquiries related to services, payments, and technical specifications, while providing precise information and adhering to established procedures through email and phone communications.

Qualifications:

  • Italian: Proficient at C2 level and advanced English skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in PC applications: Office 365, CRM systems, and other internal tools.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • A positive and motivated attitude to navigate complex customer issues.
  • Goal-focused work ethic.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and business processes.
  • Familiarity with accommodation platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work both in-office and remotely (within a specified distance from the office).

Contract Details:

  • 38.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday).
  • Available shift: 15:00-23:00.
