About the Role:

Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management, is seeking a highly skilled Italian Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Be responsible for the pre-sales processes and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Carry out sales processes with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, and multi-channel environments.
  • Excellent communication skills (both voice and written) in Italian.
  • Native level of Italian language proficiency.
  • High level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving company targets.
  • Customer-centric and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and sales affinity.
