As a customer support specialist for a renowned travel organization, your primary role will be to comprehend and address customer requirements. You will engage with our international clientele and accommodation partners globally, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Your duties will include clarifying inquiries regarding services, payments, and technical specifications, providing precise information, and adhering to established protocols through various communication channels.

Qualifications:

  • Italian: Proficient at C2 level along with advanced English skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using PC applications: Office 365, CRM systems, and other internal tools.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • A positive and motivated attitude to tackle challenging customer issues.
  • Goal-focused work ethic.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and business procedures.
  • Familiarity with accommodation platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center settings is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work both in-office and remotely (within a designated distance from the office).

What We Offer:

Contract Details:

  • 38.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday).
  • Available shift: 15:00-23:00 hours.
