Qualifications:
- Italian: Proficient at C2 level along with advanced English skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in using PC applications: Office 365, CRM systems, and other internal tools.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- A positive and motivated attitude to tackle challenging customer issues.
- Goal-focused work ethic.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and business procedures.
- Familiarity with accommodation platforms.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center settings is advantageous.
- Willingness to work both in-office and remotely (within a designated distance from the office).
What We Offer:
Contract Details:
- 38.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday).
- Available shift: 15:00-23:00 hours.
