Customer Support Specialist - French Language

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a knack for problem-solving and a flair for communication? We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify license, insurance, and business registrations submissions to ensure alignment with quality guidelines.
  • Provide reactive phone and/or email support for live advertisers.
  • Examine reviews to confirm compliance with guidelines and publish or deny.
  • Process Google Guarantee claims per qualification guidelines.
  • Collaborate with providers to improve leads results and at-risk and provider churn reporting.
Requirements:
  • French C2 level.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, scaled operations environment.
  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under strict deadlines.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time position (39 hours/week).
  • Salary 19.200€ gross/year + up to 1.000€ gross/year in bonus.
