Join Our Team as a Ukrainian Business Development Representative

Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center services. We are seeking a highly skilled Ukrainian Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the EMEA region. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EMEA region
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Eligible to work in Spain with a full-time contract
  • Proficient or C2 level of Ukrainian
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
  • Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, in particular Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions, strong business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism
What We Offer

  • Salary: 21,180.60€ gross/year + up to 2,353.40€ gross/year in bonus
