Job Title: Ukrainian Business Development Representative

Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly skilled Ukrainian Business Development Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving sales growth through various outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to build strong relationships and drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Eligible to work in Spain with a full-time contract
  • Proficient in Ukrainian and fluent in English
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business needs with solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
