Business Development Representative with Ukrainian and Polish Expertise

Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join its team in Barcelona.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and customer engagement, with a native or advanced level of Ukrainian and Polish language proficiency.
As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
You will work closely with the sales team to achieve individual targets and contribute to the growth of the customer base across EMEA.
The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
- Educating customers on Teleperformance's offerings and solutions
- Executing daily outbound phone calls and emails to contact C-level decision makers
- Updating and maintaining prospect and customer data in the CRM database
Requirements include:
- Eligibility to work in Spain with a full-time contract
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced or native level of Ukrainian and Polish language proficiency
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
