Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to end-users and customers through various channels, including email, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to our internal applications, including troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development and quality assurance, to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our internal applications, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and apply this knowledge to improve our internal applications and support processes.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in database management, scripting languages, and operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure.
- Experience with ticketing systems, including Zendesk and JIRA.
