Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team at LanguageWire. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve and prioritize tickets related to our internally developed applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Communicate application-related issues to the whole organization, providing clear and concise information to stakeholders.
- Provide end-user and customer support, creating bug reports and collaborating with our QAs to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Document solutions and share knowledge with the team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality support experience.
- Experience with customer ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
- Understanding of databases and basic SQL skills.
- Basic code understanding to identify issues and read logs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
