Position Overview:

As a key player in the quality assurance team, the Electromechanical Supplier Quality Engineer will be instrumental in ensuring that our electromechanical products meet stringent safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of suppliers to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Engage in sourcing initiatives and new product development to guarantee the quality of products.
  • Lead the resolution of supplier-related quality claims to meet established KPIs.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Engineering and Manufacturing, to achieve shared objectives.
  • Utilize quality management tools and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Document progress and outcomes within the quality management system.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project status and supplier performance.
  • Negotiate necessary actions with external suppliers to enhance quality.
  • Recommend improvements for product quality enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the electromechanical sector, particularly in quality management.
  • Proven track record in resolving quality issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry standards related to electromechanical products.
