Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Electromechanical Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure that our electromechanical products meet the highest safety and quality standards. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence in product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Participate in sourcing initiatives and new product development to guarantee the desired quality level of products.
  • Lead the resolution of supplier-related quality claims to meet established KPIs.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Engineering and Manufacturing, to achieve quality objectives.
  • Utilize quality management tools and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Document progress and outcomes in the electronic quality management system.
  • Provide regular updates to management on quality status and supplier performance.
  • Negotiate necessary corrective actions with external suppliers.
  • Suggest enhancements to product quality based on findings.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in the electromechanical sector is advantageous.
  • Experience in quality management and problem resolution.
  • Familiarity with industry standards related to electromechanical products.
