Electromechanical Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our electromechanical products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers and manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality control, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation, including training programs and quality metrics.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance the quality and safety of our products.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in the electromechanical industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and regulations, including ISO 9001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to quality issues.
- Fluent in English, with strong technical vocabulary and communication skills.
