- Quality Assurance: Participate in sourcing projects and new product development to ensure the right quality level of products.
- Claim Resolution: Lead the timely resolution of internal and external quality claims to achieve given KPIs.
- Collaboration: Cooperate with other functions, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Field, to accomplish objectives.
- Quality Tools: Utilize Otis quality tools and proceed according to company policies and procedures.
- Progress Reporting: Record progress and results in Otis QMSS (Otis electronic quality system).
- Communication: Report to function and regional/global management on a regular basis.
- Negotiation: Negotiate the application of necessary actions to external suppliers.
- Process Improvement: Propose improvements to Otis products for quality enhancement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Master Science degree in electrical engineering.
- Experience: Prior experience in an industrial/engineering company from the electromechanical sector.
- Quality Experience: Experience in quality area including quality issues resolution.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of electromechanical industry standards.
- Result-Driven: The preferred candidate is result-driven and focused on achieving company goals.
- Collaborative: The candidate demonstrates teamwork and the ability to effectively cooperate with other functions and external companies.
