We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at De'Longhi Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing visibility strategies for our brands across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute in-store and online visibility strategies for De'Longhi, Braun, Kenwood, and Nutribullet brands
  • Manage merchandising, promoters, and training plans, including fair and event organization
  • Ensure quality and visibility at point of sale (POS) and manage budgets for merchandising, promoters, and BTL activities
  • Collaborate with external agencies, trade partners, KAM, and sales teams to drive business growth
  • Process sales requests and develop assigned areas, including external agency landscape
  • Identify new business opportunities and continuously update inefficient processes and cost structures
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Studies, Economics, Marketing, or Communication
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, household appliance, or electronic consumer goods markets
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, high level of proactivity, and resilience
  • Decision-making skills, with ability to take decisions even when outcomes are uncertain
