As a Trade Marketing Manager at Reconocida Empresa, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing category management strategies to increase our in-store presence, strengthen our brands, and optimize product assortment and promotional strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop country/customer 4P strategy and tactics in line with sales and marketing directors and global 4P strategy.
  • Develop local category growth strategy and ensure brand strategy connects with it.
  • Define category trade marketing KPIs.
  • Contribute to category marketing plans, including customer category analysis and promotional strategy.
  • Develop and implement RB promotional strategy across customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years FMCG experience in Sales/Trade Marketing/Marketing and Key Account Management.
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating.
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams.
  • Strong commercial understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics, and measurable implementation.
