Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at De'Longhi Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing in-store and online visibility strategies for our brands, including De'Longhi, Braun, Kenwood, and Nutribullet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute in-store and online visibility strategies for all brands.
  • Manage merchandising, promoters, and training plans, including budget planning and controlling.
  • Organize and lead events, fairs, and exhibitions, including product presentations to key retailers.
  • Secure quality and visibility at point of sale (POS).
  • Report and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Studies, Economics, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, household appliance, or electronic consumer goods markets.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Initiative, resilience, integrity, results-oriented, decision-making skills, innovative, flexible, and capable of working in complex and fast-changing environments.
