Estamos buscando a un/a Trade Marketing Manager para formar parte de nuestro equipo en las oficinas centrales de Barcelona. Es una gran oportunidad para gestionar el crecimiento de nuestras marcas en la categoría de Cocina.
Responsabilidades- Definir junto al Trade Category Manager la estrategia a corto, medio y largo plazo de las marcas de la compañía dentro de la categoría asignada, de cara al punto de venta.
- Adaptar el plan estratégico genérico de categoría a cada canal, identificando las necesidades clave de cada canal: Hipermercados, Supermercados y canal Discounter.
- Activar a través de las palancas clave de trade marketing (surtido, promoción y activación en puntos de venta).
- Fijar, analizar y post-evaluar KPI's para medir y valorar los resultados de la estrategia y planes de activación definidos.
- Trabajar de la mano con el equipo de cuentas para definir los planes de activación según necesidades de cada canal y cliente.
- Definir y controlar el plan de activación de las marcas, alineado con el equipo de Marketing y la estrategia por marca.
- Asegurar la excelencia y perfecta ejecución de los planes promocionales de la categoría.
- Asegurar la excelencia y perfecta ejecución en el punto de venta de los planes de activación desarrollados.
- Seguir el stock de producto de cada una de las marcas, coordinando además todas las manipulaciones necesarias para dar respuesta a las necesidades de servicio de los clientes, de la mano del equipo de Logística.
- Gestionar el presupuesto de Trade Marketing de la categoría.
- Analisar y seguir el mercado de los segmentos donde están presentes estas dos marcas, identificando los principales players, pilares y palancas de activación clave para el crecimiento del mercado.
- Trabajar con los proveedores clave para la activación de los planes previamente definidos: agencias de diseño, impresores, agencias de activación en punto de venta, agencias de marketing directo, etc.
- Definir y desarrollar los estudios de mercado necesarios para poder definir la nueva estrategia de la categoría.
- Grado en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Marketing o similar.
- 1-3+ años de experiencia profesional en un puesto similar de trade marketing o ventas.
- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos y personas.
