About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing plans to drive sales and increase brand visibility in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Marketing Planning: Develop and execute trade marketing plans to support sales growth and brand awareness in Spain.
- Channel Management: Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to develop and execute trade marketing activations for key retailers.
- Merchandising and In-Store Activations: Ensure strong qualitative visibility of the TCL brand at point of sale by implementing effective merchandising and in-store activation strategies.
- Sales Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team and sales team to build and execute sales promotions that drive sales and increase brand visibility.
- Training and Development: Adapt training programs developed by the EU marketing team to local needs and support local teams in the execution of training programs.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform trade marketing strategies and optimize sales performance.
- PR and Social Media: Supervise the execution of the PR and social media plan to maintain a strong brand presence in the Spanish market.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years' experience in retail marketing in CE/technical goods categories (B2C)
- Depth knowledge of retailers in Spain
- Proven track record of retail marketing activities supporting sell-out: trade marketing plans, plans to increase in-store visibility, to increase brand recommendation by retail shop assistants, management of merchandising/training field forces; close monitoring of KPIs at store level (visibility, recommendation, sell-out)
