About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team at Brown-Forman Corporation. As a key member of our On-Trade team, you will be responsible for optimizing the route to new and existing shoppers/consumers in the On-Trade business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing On Trade Specialist, Marketing Brand team, and Sales to develop and execute the annual On-Trade strategy.
  • Design and implement activation plans, quota allocation among regions and customers, and tracking of promotion efficiency and progress to plan status.
  • Coordinate with external agencies on projects and collaborate with the Purchasing Department on POSM development and optimal warehousing.
  • Manage budgets, PO's, and invoices with suppliers and align with Finance on correct accounting A&P budget management.
  • Participate in regional Salesforce and selected brand meetings and maintain close contact with the Brand Developers Team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or trained On-Trade category, store manager.
  • At least 6 months or a year work experience with Trade Marketing or marketing.
  • Sales or Trade Marketing Experience.
  • Conceptual skills.
  • Fluent Spanish speaking and writing is mandatory.
  • Good English speaking and writing.

Important Note

It is essential to have a university degree, professional training, or equivalent studies. A copy of the title must be delivered to the company. It is also essential not to have worked with a contract of practice for 2 years in any company.
