About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Medtronic. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies to maximize sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and customers to drive sales growth.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on Medtronic products and services.
  • Plan and prepare sales forecasts, meeting and customer activity plans, and investment proposals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with a strong background in intensive care unit and/or anesthesia sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of the medical industry competitive marketplace and decision-making processes.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
