Medical Device Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Medtronic. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and customers to drive sales growth.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on Medtronic products and services.
- Plan and prepare sales forecasts, meeting and customer activity plans, and investment proposals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with a strong background in intensive care unit and/or anesthesia sales.
- Excellent knowledge of the medical industry competitive marketplace and decision-making processes.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
