Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist to join our team. As a customer-facing role, you will map product capabilities to customer requirements, supporting the selling of solutions and services with a specialization in digital sales techniques. You will serve as a domain expert and spokesperson for designated solution or product segments, integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering unparalleled sales presentations on SAP and partner software solutions, tailored for discerning audiences.
  • Collaborating with VAT teams to deeply understand customer perspectives and challenges.
  • Curating and maintaining a sophisticated asset library, optimizing for volume and efficiency in no-touch/low-touch transaction methods.
  • Leading in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients, laying the foundation for robust, lasting relationships.
  • Developing customer roadmaps, guiding them from existing IT landscapes to innovative Cloud realms.
  • Enhancing RFx completions, ensuring proposals exude expertise.
  • Employing tools like the SAP Virtual Studio and OBS technology for remote presentations.
  • Overseeing smooth transitions post-sale.
  • Creating powerful narratives for high-profile events and presentations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a business-related major.
  • A strong consulting background with SAP ERP in sales and distribution, inventory, warehouse management, sales and/or transportation, and finance.
  • A distinguished combination of digital proficiency, technical acumen, and customer engagement expertise.
  • A solid foundation of 4-5 years in presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role.
  • A track record of 3-4 successful implementations in the above domains.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Conversational fluency in English and Italian, with Spanish knowledge preferred.
