About the Role

This is a customer-facing role that requires a deep understanding of SAP's digital solutions and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. You'll work closely with our sales, technical, and digital teams to develop tailored solutions proposals for clients and drive digital transformation in presales.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering sales presentations on SAP and partner software solutions
  • Collaborating with VAT teams to understand customer perspectives and develop compelling narratives
  • Curating and maintaining a sophisticated asset library to optimize sales and client engagement
  • Leading training sessions to impart nuanced understanding and actionable insights to the sales team
  • Driving digital transformation in presales and advocating for the adoption of innovative digital tools

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong consulting background with SAP ERP in sales and distribution, inventory, warehouse management, sales and/or transportation, and finance
  • A solid foundation of 4-5 years in digital presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role
  • A track record of 3-4 successful implementations in the above domains
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Conversational fluency in English and Italian, with Spanish knowledge a plus
